Climbing: Breaking down 4 inch Crack

I was showing friends how to climb this crack that starts off too wide for small fists and regular foot jams, which is typical of 4 inch cracks. A friend took this video. I'm putting it out there for anyone who might be interested.

There are many other ways. Even with this one way, you can also do it on the opposition side (i.e. right elbow down and left knee up). Every one has their own natural and preferred position and approach. Please feel free to share yours.
